The main categories of data we process
Account and identity data
Account, profile, authentication, and company membership data are processed to operate access control and workspace permissions.
Project and document data
Project records, BIM data, documents, parameters, and workflow data are processed to deliver the core platform service.
Infrastructure processing
Core platform data is hosted securely in the UK, with all data described in the privacy policy as stored and processed in London.
Optional AI processing
When AI features are used, prompts and selected project context are securely processed within the platform's architecture.

Win Win Designs is securely hosted in the UK, ensuring that all core data, server-side processing, and AI query capabilities operate entirely within the region to maintain the highest compliance standards.

AI Processing
Current AI data posture
Win Win Designs uses optional AI features within the platform. Where those features are used, prompts and selected context are processed securely within the platform. The statements below reflect the current implementation and published data privacy standards.
AI features are optional and invoked only when a user chooses to use them.
The platform processes prompts and selected context securely when those features are used.
The current implementation also includes AI session and query logging within the platform under project-level access controls.
Data submitted for processing is not used to train or fine-tune foundation models.
